General Rules
Interact with us. We love to talk, and having little conversations like hi, how are you? // good, how about you? and little comments on our cutenews posts. It lets us know that you are there, and get to know you better. ;D
Please notify us if you are going on an hiatus, or closing down. Also include why and when you'll be back. We don't want any excuses, like "oh i'm just too lazy. : P i'll update it when i want to." Real reasons like "I'm banned from the computer" or "My grades are getting bad", etc. are real reasons. If you are gone on an hiatus for more than a month, your button will be removed. You can reapply once you are back.
Our button should be on every single page of your site, visible. If our button is not up, or it's not visible, your button comes down too.
Your layout should be at least viewable in all browsers. If the coding is a little off, it doesn't matter. The links, affiliates, content should be viewable.
Your site must be updated at least once a week. If you are on a hiatus, then once a month would be fine. (:
Your site must get at least 20 unique hits a day.
Top affilite Rules
Your site must get at least 30 unqiue hits a day.
You must visit us a minium of 4 times in 2 weeks. ;D
Our button must never we placed in a scroller.
You must be active.
